Our mission was clear: create a tailor-made e-commerce mobile app that would guide users seamlessly from login to delivery tracking and empower users to shop online seamlessly, even with limited technical resources.

We reimagined the user journey, prioritizing accessibility and community engagement. Traditional logins were replaced with direct access to agent communities, and the checkout process was streamlined for trust and simplicity. Wireframes were iteratively refined, focusing on clear visuals and optimal performance on low-end devices.

Usability Testing

We put our designs to the test, focusing on users with limited digital literacy and basic phones. Rigorous PWA performance checks guarantee a smooth experience even on low-bandwidth connections.

High-Fidelity Mockup & UX Audit

We optimized visuals for fast loading and prioritized clear typography and icons. A comprehensive UX audit ensured the design met the specific needs of the low-economy target audience and validated the effectiveness of the agent-customer communication flow.
